One of my Internet pals (or, imaginary friends as P calls them!) is in Guatemala today picking up her daughter!  She has 2 adorable little boys, and now has her little girl.  It’s been interesting to follow her process because Guatemala is so different from Korea.  She was able to visit her daughter twice while waiting, which is so wonderful.  Congratulations to the R family!!

Today a friend received her Travel Authorization to go get her daughter in China! I am so over the moon with happiness for them all-another forever family soon to be united.

It seems the entire internet is thrilled that Karen at The Naked Ovary received her referral for her daughter today. She is so darn adorable! It takes me back to when we first got to see Little Guy’s face, what an emotional day that was. It was like “okay, so that’s who you are. We’ve been waiting for you”.

Jessica is her name.
We knew her only as CancerBaby. What she went through was scary and just plain unfair in someone so young but her writing was so eloquent. I’d check for updates about every week and when none came for so long, feared the worst. It came today.
May she rest in peace, no longer in pain.

It’s hard to keep up daily with all the fantastic blogs out there-it took Grrl to let us know the heartbreaking news for Cecily and her husband. I remember following her IVF cycles and cheering when she found out she was pregnant with twins. It’s just so, so unfair. Much love and support are coming their way through the blogosphere.
